Seeds for Song

Today was a nice Sunny day but soooo cold! So hubby and I decided we needed a day away from his mother(who lives with us) and a little relaxing! We piled the two dogs in the car and took off early this morning. We ended up 2 hours away at my moms! She hadnt met Chance ,our newest addition, and well I wanted to see her. When we left there we visited on of my favorite shops in the area and I came home with a new bird feeder. I know you cant see the sign but it says *Seeds for Song*. Chance is checking it out after we brought it home and found a place for it. It is made from an old balister and she only changed me $10!
Then we went to a store called Bargain Harleys which is like the biggest junk store ever. You never know what you will find. Anything from toys to glass to tools or well just anything! The pic below is my Harley helping me show you what I got there. The first is a tin bird house I just loved and of course had to bring home.
Then Harley wearing the pip berry wreath I paid $1 for! I wish I could have found more of those for only $1.
A better look at the birdhouse. I sat it on my mantle for now until we decide where to put it outside. I think it will be more decorative than anything unless I mabe remove the berries. The birds might go in then??
Last but not least I found this little rusty tin watering can for $2.88. The little angel says Garden time. I thought it would be cute sitting outside. Unless I find a place for it inside first!

I hope you are all having a great weekend. We got a few little projects done around the house when we got home. I will share them with you soon. Have a great day!

  3. I would love to just take off and go for a ride (and all 4 doggies love to go for a ride) Just not much to see around here that I havn't seen 100 times but I did get some flower seeds planted today....not sure if all of them will make it ...some were pretty old but didn't have the heart to just throw them in the trash and if they don't grow I can always plant some kind of plants in those pots.
Was in the 70's here in AL and hoping for good weather tomorrow so we can get some more done.
Check out my blog for my sale before it ends if you can and leave a comment...I love to hear from the bloggers that visit my blog :)
